You have decided to give Tiny Living a go, but you are feeling pretty overwhelmed at if its something you can afford.

If you have never done a big project before trying to work out where all the costs hide and what your overall budget will be can be totally mind numbing! I can tell you when we did our initial estimation we counted up the timber, electrics, plumbing, cladding, windows and appliances but we forgot about things like that one specific, flexible silicon or the bracing for the timber frame or the additional cost of an LPG oven rather than a natural gas oven. The list goes on.. All those hidden costs slowly added to our budget!

Then there came tracking our expenses and gauging how much money we had left in our budget!
